Study On Development Strategy Of The Farm Tourism

Rural tourism is an important branch of the tourism industry, is the conjunction of agriculture and tourism, and is an extension of the tourism industry to agriculture. One kind of rural tourism which is called “happy in farmer’s house” is one of the important component of rural tourism and agricultural tourism. It has gradually become a pillar industry of rural economy. It represents a new generation of the modern tourism.A relaxed vacation has become an important way of entertainment with the improvement of national living standard and the development of economy. As Chinese rural urbanization has developed a lot, the proportion of urban population is more and more large, and their choice of "happy in farmer’s house" for leisure has become a kind of fashion. The rural tourism industry such as “happy in farmer’s house” has taken up a large slice of market. On the other hand, the development of rural tourism is also helpful to adjust industrial structure of the rural areas, to increase incomes of the traditional agriculture, and to promote the employment of rural surplus labor force. The rural tourism has a great importance in the promotion of the new rural urbanization in our country. At the same time, the development of rural tourism is one of the important ways to effectively solve the problem of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers".This paper based on previous studies and their practices, also fully understand the connotations of Farm Tourism as well as the features of the Farm Tourism development mode. Analyze and learn from Global experience of Farm Tourism development, describe the situation of Farm Tourism in Qinhuangdao City. According to field surveys of the residents and visitors of Qinhuangdao county,we combinate the objective environment of Qinhuangdao, analysis Farm Tourism development in Qinhuangdao City from the overview of development, development effectiveness, and the conditions for the development comprehensively. In regard to the development of Farm Tourism and the socialism new countryside construction,here we provide countermeasures for sustainable development of Farm Tourism and made follow-up outlook of the Farm Tourism in our country.
