With the accelerating process of agricultural modernization, Gradually reducing the demand for agricultural labor, Considering a Rational choice to get the best interests of rural households, There comes a phenomenon that male labor force gradually migrant to non-agricultural production and The proportion of female in agricultural production increased significantly. Rural women not only bear the heavy housework alone but also to assume the task of agricultural production. The status of women in agricultural production gradually highlighted, showing the phenomenon of feminization of agriculture. Therefore, women urgently need to get different kinds of information to help them acquire skills, analyze the market and withstand risks. However, limited to their Overall lower education, skills and capability to searching information, Rural women either as suppliers of agricultural products or as production data users, the information they occupied is inadequate and constantly suffers a loss because of the disadvantage in obtaining information. Therefore, the study of information problems of rural women has become an inevitable development of the times.Based on the reference to the existing literature home and aborad, First, we selected Four hundred and fifty farmers from eleven villages of four cities in Ningxia as the research object, Based on the analysis of characteristics of the female audience in the rural, using comparative analysis method to make a detailed statistics and description to contents and channels to information. Furthermore, We analyze factors affected the information needs of rural Women from four aspects, the four aspects are the individual characteristics of rural women, access to information and information inducing factor, subjective feelings of women farmers. Then we use correlation analysis and binary logistic regression analysis to identify the main factors affecting rural women’s access to the information. Finally, we make recommendations to enhance the rural women’s access to information in Ningxia from the audience, communication channels and sources.Therefore, this paper starting the problems of rural women’s information as a point, it not only provides theoretical values to achieve gender equality and enhance information literacy of rural women in Ningxia, but also provides an important reference for the size and direction of government investment in agricultural informatization in rural areas in the process.
