Human resources has become an important factor and basis in the modern enterprise competition. It directly affects the company’s future survival and development and largely determines whether a company can stand out from the competition. As one of the basic building blocks of human resource management, HR Recruitment is the most important part in determining business ability to find the right talents in the shortest possible time, so as to achieve the best match talents and positions. HR Recruitment also plays a vital role of corporate strategy and goals. So an effective human resources recruitment is crucial for enterprises.Using a virtual example of the Ningxia Branch of Hengda Logistics and Sales Group, this paper aims to examine Recruitment Management System Building. On the basis of domestic and international human resource management theories, this paper probes into the problems existing in the recruitment process of this company. Research have covered aspects ranging from planning of human resource, analysis of job, planning of recruitment, recruitment channel selection, to resume screening, candidates conduct quality evaluation, staff recruitment,and recruitment assessments. Comprehensive and specific measures are proposed for the Recruitment Management System of this particular company. It is hoped that Ningxia Branch of Hengda Logistics and Sales Group would benefit from this paper.The basic framework of the main content of this paper includes five parts:The first part introduces the purpose and significance of this article, as well as research methods, ideas and frame structure; the second part mainly elaborates the connotation of human resources management and recruitment, the system features of recruitment management and the research results both abroad and at home; the third part analyzes the current situation and existing problems of Ningxia Branch of Hengda Logistics and Sales Group, and briefly explains the reasons for these problems; The fourth part proposes a Recruitment Management System based on the framework and theories. The fifth part presents the safeguards needed to ensure the effective operation of the company to build a recruitment management system.
