Through to the Inner Mongolia Chifeng city at present research to the problem of rural labor force employment for two main purposes, one is Chifeng city at all levels of government devoted great attention to the rural labor force employment, the other is based on the study of the problem can advices for the government, ease social contradictions. In addition, the study of Chifeng city rural labor employment question, is also on the academic theory to research an effective supplement. Chifeng city governments at all levels to fully realize the rural labor force employment contradictions at present stage, in order to establish and improve the Chifeng city rural labor employment system and related system.Based on existing research data, statistical data and survey data, on the basis of objective adopted qualitative research and quantitative research method of combining the characteristics of Chifeng city rural labor force total payrolls and, employment flow to non-agricultural income, employment way, a preliminary analysis on the current situation, entrepreneurship, etc. Chifeng city through the analysis of the status, we find that the proportion of agricultural labor force is declining, and constantly increase the proportion of labor force engaged in non-agricultural industries, and on personnel employment is given priority to with young adults, but the employment area radius is lesser, mostly in the autonomous region to participate in employment; And because the overall quality of rural labor force in reality in the employment quality is not high, a lot of labor force in the labor-intensive industry engaged in the technical content is low, the physical labor work, although in recent years of Chifeng city rural labor force employment stability increased, but by the government, training institutions, intermediary organizations such as the proportion of employment is low, the employment way with market allocation is given priority to, do not have a high level of organization of rural labor employment.Chifeng city present situation of rural labor employment is the result of interaction of many factors. This paper analyzes the factors which influence the microscopic, through the establishment of the Logistic model, for the labor of individual, family, and their characteristics are studied, such as social relations found in addition to cause great influence to the related policy system in China. also including the employment of weak sense of employment, labor force quality is low, the low degree of organization, backward urbanization construction, employment service system not perfect and other factors.Based on these studies, in this paper, and combining with the results of above puts forward some Suggestions of Chifeng city to promote rural labor employment, can from further optimize system reform; Promoting urbanization construction broaden the employment channels; To speed up the adjustment of industrial structure to promote the optimization of agricultural industrialization; Job creation and encourage entrepreneurship to promote employment; Enhance the employ ability of rural labor force, Establish and improve the employment service system in six aspects.
