Employment is an eternal topic. Over the years, China’s employment problem of first consideration is how to create more jobs, to increase the number of employment. With the development of social economy, the gradual increase in the number of employment at the same time, our attention on the employment quality is improving gradually. The high quality employment is conducive to guarantee and improve people’s livelihood, to maintain the social’s harmony and stability. In recent years, the phenomenon of rural labor force employment is becoming more and more common, it has became an important way that is conducive to promote peasants’ income and rural economic development. The non-farm employment of rural labor force quality is not only the relationship between non-agricultural employment person’s quality of life and the relationship between the benefit of enterprise’s development condition, but also related to China’s urban and rural development. The development of urbanization makes a large number of rural population to enter to non-agricultural industries and cities. Under the influence of globalization and information technology, the urban and rural structure and social economic pattern has greatly changed, has produced large amounts of semi-urban areas. In many countries,the semi-urban areas is one of the fastest growing areas, therefore the semi-urban areas have attracted quite a number of rural labor employment. To study the quality of rural labor employment of the semi-urban areas, it is advantageous to understand the quality of rural labor force employment in the region. At last, the semi City areas can early enter into the urbanization, to determine indicators affecting the quality of rural labor force employment in the region, to development characteristics conducive to semi City area and get rid of dynamic instability.As a result, this paper takes Cheng Gong District of Kun Ming City of rural labor force employment population for example, to study the quality of the rural labor force employment. The thesis includes six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, it mainly includes the research background, research significance, domestic and foreign research review,research content, method, route. At the same time, innovation points of this paper are introduced. The second chapter is the research on the related concepts and theoretical basis, defines the concept of semi City area, non-farm employment of rural labor force and the quality of employment, to comb the non-farm employment of rural labor theory, human resource management theory and the employment theory. At the same time, it provides the theoretical basis for this study. The third chapter is this article key point. This paper selects the Cheng Gong District for the research and selects non-farm employment of rural labor force population as the research population. Using the actual situation of related literature at home and abroad, combining with the actual condition of rural labor workers of Cheng Gong District, trying the evaluation index system of the design quality. The principal component analysis method on the recovery of samples were calculated with SPSS19.0 software to get Cheng Gong District’s rural labor force non-agricultural employment quality status. The fourth chapter is in the third chapter analysis of the causes of rural labor force employment quality evaluation results. The fifth chapter is the combination of rural labor force employment quality evaluation results and the analysis of the reasons in the fourth chapter proposed countermeasures and Suggestions.To provide reference suggestions for improving the semi city of area rural labor force non-agricultural employment quality. The six chapter is the conclusion and prospect.
