Meanwhile, with the gradual decline in the volume of traditional telecom voice service and network service, providing comprehensive information services has become a new growth point of market share. The equipment functions and services of telecommunication terminal equipment increasingly diverse, the type and model also varies accordingly, which implies a greater challenge to terminal management. Therefore, the study of telecommunications terminal equipment management process optimization from the service provider end has become a crucial topic that all telecom enterprises must take seriously.With the increase of averaged financial cost of single device and total quantity of equipment in usage, the impact of overhead costs spent on the terminal procurement to a telecom enterprise became more and more remarkable, which also highlights the problem in terminal equipment management. In accordance with the current situation of terminal management, this article also proposed an assessment measurement system for process management effectiveness and performance evaluation while implement the process optimization solution. Further on, the main conclusion and proposed solution in this article would suggest a potential remarkable financial benefits to service provider, including enhancing the accuracy of the inventory information terminal, saving the cost of the terminal procurement costs and improve management efficiency and accuracy.
