Along with the rapid development of information technology, enterprise digital transformation has become an important way to improve the service-oriented enterprise competitiveness. Service-oriented enterprises can successfully achieve the digital transition, will be influenced by many external and internal business factors. At present, foreign influence factors on digital technology has made certain achievements. However, due to the different environments in which our enterprises digital transformation has its own stage of development and the characteristics of the digital transition factors can not copy the Western theories.In this paper, domestic service enterprises digital transformation features, factors affecting service enterprise digital transformation were studied. For domestic enterprises to more effectively implement the digital transition provides a theoretical basis.Faced with emerging worldwide economic crisis, make the digital transition has become a top priority for various enterprises, since early 2000, General Electric successfully completed the transition to digital business model transformation, and now we are in the digital transformation frenzy among the digital revolution profound significance has been understood and accepted more business. In short, among the rapid development of the global economy and the accompanying economic crisis emerging in the background, enterprise digital transition is important opportunities and challenges enterprises to participate in international competition.This paper firstly summarizes the existing literature on the impact of various fac tors of service enterprise digital transformation, setting up the digital transformation of enterprises based on the concept of influence factors model for empirical research, usi ng the questionnaire survey and analysis of the questionnaire, the use of principal co mponent analysis in SPSS, extracting 5 principal components, and explains its, then usin g the method of qualitative analysis, focus on the analysis of different stages in the degree of digital transformation-of influencing factors. And build the structural equatio n of service oriented business process of the digital transition, and verify the structur e equation by using the AMOS software, and finally make a summary, points out the limitations of this study and future research directions.
