The Research Of The Financial Efficiency Evaluation: 3000 Tons Of Crude Oil Demulsifiers Project In The Liaoning Huayu Company

This article uses the "3000 Tons of Crude oil Demulsifiers Project in the Liaoning Huayu Company" as the beginning of research program. The method of quantitative analysis is used to analyse the project forecast accounting statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement). And then the article puts forward the comprehensive analysis of conclusion and suggestion:The first is to establish a long-term supply contract with raw materials suppliers,thus will stablilize raw material supply. The second is to establish a long-term sales contract with the product vendors, thus will stabilize the product sales. The third is to strive for the credit, change the capital structure and reduce the management risk,for the reason that the project is profitable and have the surplus of cash flow. The forth is to develop similar products project and change the single product structure,thus will reduce product management risk. This article uses the method of quantitative evaluation to evaluate the project’s solvency, operation ability and profitability, so that to put forward some suggestions for improving the project capability. This article also uses the method of comprehensive analysis (Du Pont system method, Wall analysis, EVA) to evaluate the project expected efficiency,and then puts forward some management measures to improve the operational efficiency:The first is to strengthen the long-term capital management; The second is to strengthen the current liabilities management; The third is to strengthen the fixed cost management; The forth is to strengthen the workshop cost management; The fifth is to strengthen the human resource management.
