The new generation employees has become the backbone of the workplace.The high employee turnover rate has always been a sore point for the hotel industry.With the free and unruly characteristics of new generation employees,the turnover phenomenon become more serious.While the practice of enterprises about corporate social responsibility to employees to safeguard their rights and interests is conducive to enhancing employees' recognition of enterprises and reducing their turnover intention.Therefore,based on the perspective of employees,this research aims to discuss the mechanism of forming process between corporate social responsibility and turnover intention of new employees in hotel,which uses corporate social responsibility perception as the independent variable,turnover intention as the dependent variable,organizational identification as the mediator,and household registration as the moderator.Firstly,this research reviews the concept,evaluation system,hotel enterprises related research of every variable,and the relationship between variables,puts forward the research hypothesis of this paper.Secondly,we designs the questionnaire according to the research content of previous scholars.In this research,based on SA8000 corporate social responsibility questionnaire(employees),through confirmatory factor analysis,we measure corporate social responsibility perception from six dimensions,working conditions,human rights protection,system security,pay attention to vulnerable,fair and just,participate in the management.Thirdly,a sample of 531 new generation employees from different hotel enterprises across the country was selected by questionnaire survey.Finally,using AMOS22.0 and SPSS21.0,the hypothesis was verified through the method of confirmatory factor analysis,structural equation model construction,bootstrapping mediation effect test and hierarchical regression moderation effect test.The research results show that: Firstly,the working conditions,system security,pay attention to vulnerable and fair and just dimensions of the corporate social responsibility perception of the new generation employees have significant positive influence on organizational identification;Secondly,organizational identification has a significant negative influence on turnover intention;Thirdly,organizational identification plays a fully mediating role in the corporate social responsibility perception dimensions of working conditions,system security and fair and just on turnover intention.Organizational identification plays a partial mediating role in the corporate social responsibility perceptiondimension of pay attention to vulnerable on turnover intention;Fourthly,the household registration plays a moderating role in the corporate social responsibility perception dimensions of working conditions,system security,pay attention to vulnerable,fair and just on organizational identification.Corporate social responsibility perception has a stronger positive influence on organizational identification for the locals than outsiders.The household registration also plays a moderating role in the organizational identification on turnover intention.Organizational identification has a stronger negative influence on the turnover intention for outsiders than the locals.Based on the above results,combined with the present industry development situation,this research puts forward three Suggestions: Firstly,the hotels should take corporate social responsibility for their employees.They also should meet a higher level of self demand of new generation employees based on the comprehensive improvement of the basic working conditions of the employees as much as possible;Secondly,focus on cultivating the organizational identity of the new generation employees;Thirdly,hotels could take corporate social responsibility by improving the external environment for local employees,by paying more attention to psychological care for outsiders to make them better integrated into the company.
