Psychological contract of the new generation of employees are thehot issues in the field of organizational behaviour and human resoursemanagement,how to stimulate the enthusiasm of the new generation ofemployees, move forward affact their attitude and behavior,and undertakeextra-role behavior,have become the unavoidable human resourcemanagemeng problem.The new generation of employees has play anincreasingly important role in today’s workplace,but because of pressurefrom work,life and family, the new generation of employees emerges anegative attitude,putting in less energy for their work, they are becomeindifferent in company of changing career ideas,leading to decreasedlevels of job involvement,or even leave their job.Thereby,which areaffected the individual employee performance and organizationaleffectiveness,therefore,it is very necessary for study on this group.Currently, the academic research on the new generation ofemployees is less and not systematic. This article is based on chinesespecific cultural background, focus on the hot topic of the psychologicalcontract to the new generation of employees for a particular object ofstudy,a survey is conduct to find out the status of the new generation ofemployees psychological contract and job involvement, noting thedifferences on demographic variables from the psychological contract of the new generation of employees to job involvement, analysing itsinfluence on job involvement, and providing a theoretical basis for theorganization,in order to manage the new generation of employees better.Firstly, the paper defined the concept and dintinguished the featureof the new generation of employees.Through summarize after review lotsof relevant research results, including psychological contract,jobinvolvement and the relationship between psychological contract and jobinvolvement.Secondly,on the base of the research results,the researchmodel is builded and the hypotheses is presented, then a survey isconducted and the questionnaire data is analysed by means of SPSS21.0,the results of empirical analysis which is validated the basical hypotheses,empirical results showed that:1) The psychological contract of the newgeneration of employees has a three dimensional structure;2)demographic variables have different effects on psychological contract ofthe new generation of employees and job involvement;3) thepsychological contract of new generation of employees have exists asignificant positive correlation on job involvement. Thirdly, the empiricalresults were explained, and made a number of suggestions from the twolevels of the organization and staff,which is may help the managers withthe improving of satisfaction. Finally, the main conclusions aresummarized, indicating the deficiencies in this study and future directionfor further research.
