Today the competition in mobile phone industry is increasingly fierce. When overseas mobile phone brands such as Apple, Samsung occupy the high-end mobile phone market, and demestic mobile phone brands such as Mi, ZTE, Coolpad, Lenovo etc share the low-end mobile phone market. How do the small and medium-sized mobile phone manufacturers survive and develop in such industrial environment? Because of insufficient strength and limited brand awareness, small and medium-sized mobile phone manufacturers like T-smart Communication have to draw lessons from some successful business models in their early development stage. But with further development, they have to adjuct the original businesee model and profit model to meet the growing botteleneck. Mi model has been mentioned by people again and again. However,can Mi model be simply replicated? Simple copy might not work, and it is the only way lead to find the suitable development model by appropriate reference and innovation in business model for small and medium-sized moble phone manufacturers. Construstion of profit model is the indispensable factor of survival and development of enterprises by centring on the innovative business model.This process brings enterprises new development opportunities. Of course, there is still value in the exsistence and development of traditional business models of communication industry when seeing from the great performance of VIVO and OPPO who representing demestic enterprises compare with Mi model. By appropriately analyzing business models of Mi, VIVO and OPPO, this paper takes T-smart Communication as a case. From the condition of T-smart communication,combinating research and practice in recent years,we are trying to find a business model that can be refered by other small and medium-sized mobile phone production enterprises. Through the analysis of the pattern of the mobile phone industry in recent years, this paper considers that the demand for the transformation and reform of most small and medium-size mobile phone enterprises is becoming urgent, especially the improvement of business model. Taking T-smart for reference, the small and medium enterprises phones should take more efforts in the pursuit of individuality and customer experience, find a suitable business model, and improve the business model and profit model at the same time, so as to seize the initiative in the fierce market competition and achieve rapid growth.
