With the continuous development of economy and improvement of more severe global competition environment, enterprise want to survive in the fierce competitive environment, and need to fully take advantage of the enterprise internal external resources, enterprises need people to manage all kinds of resources and various target of enterprise. Human resources in the development of enterprises has been in a strategic position, the role of people in enterprise survival and development more and more recognized by managers.This article selected SDJH Medical Technology Co. as a state-owned enterprise restructuring of the medical device production enterprise, it due to the unstable factors of the impact of economic development at home and abroad, the company’s business performance began to decline, the company currently in use of traditional management method in state-owned enterprises, in the rapid development of the market environment in addition to a lot of deficiencies, at the same time the company internal staff turnover situation more and more serious, the enterprise production and management is under unprecedented challenges, for the use of human resources is not reasonable, so it is necessary to analysis and research on SDJH Medical Technology Co. to carry out the brain drain problem.For medical devices industry plays an important role in national economic development and social stability, this article, in the company under the situation of talent through the things are rising, SDJH Medical Technology company’s brain drain problem is studied, through analyzing the influence factors of brain drain, put forward the SDJH suggestion to solve the problem of brain drain.In this paper, the main research contents:(1) Firstly expounds the development of medical equipment industry, at the same time analyzed the basic characteristics of personnel engaged in medical equipment industry.(2) For medical devices industry to analyze the cause of brain drain, mainly from social environment factors, enterprise development factors and personal factors in three main aspects to carry on the analysis, using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp) for medical devices industry talents loss model, and data analysis, study the main cause of brain drain, provide reference for later enterprise brain drain problem.(3) Through interviews and expert scoring method such as survey data obtained, through descriptive statistical analysis of empirical research on the influence of brain drain SDJH Medical Technology Co. factors, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures according to the results, through the implementation of the countermeasures guarantee SDJH Medical Technology Co. personnel stability.
