Research On Information Strategic Planning Of LWHS Company

The development of the printing industry in our country has a long history, and since the invention of woodblock printing, it has been 1500 years of history. Printing industry is one of the important industry in the national economy. It is the important carrier of culture, press and publication industry, and it has lots of properties, including processing and manufacturing industry, information industry, cultural industry and other industries. At present, our country is promoting optimization and upgrading of traditional industries, including printing industry,the next step was to continue to speed up the science and technology innovation and strategic adjustment, continuously to establish new advantages of the traditional industry competition,driving the comprehensive transformation and upgrading of traditional industries.LWHS Company is a small and medium-sized printing enterprise, and it is founded in2000, fixed assets of 30 million. The main business includes publications printing, paper packaging, metal printing & can making packaging etc. Major customers include China Children Press, Inner Mongolia people’s publishing house, Lanling group and other well-known enterprises. With the rapid growth of business, enterprise existing mode in the management and operation is insufficient for the business development support, and already cannot adapt to the rapid development of the company. In order to change the extensive management operating mode, out of the current development bottleneck, companies want to use the implementation of the information strategy to improve the efficiency of management,reduce operating costs, and enhance the enterprise core competitive ability gradually.This paper studies the LWHS company information strategic planning as the research object。The information strategic planning study is based on the circumstance such as the enterprise management and the business process, and so on. At first,the information strategic guiding thought, principle and target are built following the information needs analysis of development planning, design and development, manufacturing and customer management,and so on. Then, the company’s business processes, data classes and business information systems are designed using the BSP tools, and get the whole structure of the company’s information systems and also some functions are explained of some typical systems such as production D&R system, manufacturing system, sales system and custom relation system. At last, the information strategy planning, organizing, establishing and the risk of the company’s information system are explained.We hope that this research can help to accelerate the informationization process, and make the enterprise adapt to the fierce competition environment as soon as possible, and the enterprise can gain a foothold in the market.
