| Project cost management is the process of implementation of the project costs incurred，through the planning, organization，coordination，control and other activities to achievecost targets，and reduce costs as much as possible a scientific management activities，primarily through the technical，economic and management activities to realize projecttargets and to achieve the purpose of profit．Cost management throughout all aspects of thewhole process in project，and its goal is low cost，high quality and short time，such as toobtain greater profits．Cost control is the focus of cost management and embody directlythe level of cost management．In order to reduce the project cost，achieve target profit，and create good value，must be to find a feasible method of cost control in the works，toachieve the objective of reducing project costs．The dissertation researches the elevator modernization project cost，especially theconstruction phase cost control methods based on the cost control theory of engineeringproject.，finds a few inadequacies in the cost control process of elevator modernization projectconstruction. And as Zhenghua Business Building elevator modernization project costcontrol for the case of columns, it improves the control system of the elevatormodernization project cost of the construction phase from the project kicking off, costestimation, cost control, cost accounting and the analysis to find out a set of ideas suitablefor the construction of elevator modernization project cost control, ways to reduce costsand increase the effectiveness.The associated cost control theory and project construction practice are combined，andexperiences are summarized，and the improving orientation of cost management forelevator modernization project construction is investigated in this paper．The research inthis paper is hoped to provide a certain improving effect on improving elevatormodernization project cost control theory, and the related method could provide referencefor the engineering practice．... |
