Study On The Cost Control Of Qingdao HT Company Based On Activity Standard Cost

With the increasing demand for oil resources,efficient exploitation of petroleum resources has become the focus of competition of major oil companies.As the diamond bit in drilling is superior,the number of domestic oil drilling equipment manufacturers also increased dramatically.With the continuous opening of market,foreign oil service companies also continue to penetrate the domestic market,and production enterprises of drilling equipment in China is facing severe market competition.As a drill manufacturer,it is necessary for Qingdao HT company to constant control costs,reduce costs,improve efficiency in the case of ensuring the quality of products to gain the advantage in the fierce market competition.This paper firstly analyzes the domestic and foreign research status about the cost control,and summarizes the standard cost method and activity-based cost method related theory and the domestic and foreign research and development status,then explore the feasibility of operating cost and standard cost combination which is based on analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the two.Then,the paper introduces the characteristics,current situation and management of Qingdao HT company based on introducing the domestic and foreign advanced experience,and analyzes thoroughly the production process,and using the combined theory of activity cost and standard cost to regularize the cost accounting of Qingdao HT company.Finally through the operating standard cost accounting,based on analysis on cost difference,the paper proposes improving the degree of automation,product design and production process and other aspects to reduce production cost and control cost control,then effectively reduce the company's production costs and improve competitiveness.
