Study On The Urban Agriculture Tourism Development Of Wulijie Town In Jiangxia District Of Wuhan

Along with the social competition accelerating, work and life pressure that people facing is increasing.Urban residents are increasingly prominent on tourism and leisure, which provide broad market for the development of urban agriculture tourism. At the same time, the development of economy and the improvement of people’s living standard, also create basic conditions for residents to enjoy relaxed and pleasant atmosphere bringing the urban agriculture tourism. Urban agriculture tourism emerges in this condition.This paper uses PEST analysis method and case analysis method as research me-thod. Firstly, Using the PEST to analyze basic conditions of developing urban agricul-ture tourism in the key areas of WuLijie. We arrival at a conclusion that the key areas of WuLijie have Superiority condition to develop urban agriculture tourism, such as policy support, the rapid economic development, social identity and technolo-gical opportunities. Followed by the method of case analysis, taking the successful cases of the world who develop urban agriculture tourism as example, this paper puts forward five development mode for the development of the urban agriculture tourism in the key areas of WuLijie. The main contents of this paper are as follows:First of all, this paper analyzes the background of the development of urban agri-Culture tourism, concluded that the main cause for the key areas of WuLijie to deve-Lop urban agriculture tourism. From the regional background analysis, we know this area has the basic conditions for the development of urban agriculture tourism. And to study the existing scholars, this paper conducts a literature review. The results of the study found that the research ranges on urban agriculture tourism. There are many scholars research the concept of urban agriculture tourism, and distinguish the difference among urban agriculture tourism, leisure agriculture, sightseeing agriculture and research on comprehensive impact bringing by the urban agriculture tourism. Research on development model of urban agriculture tourism, the scholars summarize the experience of foreign countries on the development of urban agriculture tourism, study the feasibility on the development of urban agriculture tourism in China and its relationship with the sustainable development, also have actual case in each area introducing the present situation of urban agricultural tourism. few scholars have studied development mode of the urban agriculture tourism.Secondly, with the PEST, this paper analyzes the basic condition of the develop- ment of the urban agriculture tourism in the key areas of WuLijie. The analysis results show, the development of the urban agriculture tourism in the key areas of WuLijie is produced in the national attention and the support of Wuhan government, where has obvious advantages in policy. Economic development and income increasing provide good economic basis for the development of the urban agriculture tourism in the key areas of WuLijie. At the same time, a large number of young peo-ple in Wuhan and their love with landscape of nature. We can see that the develop-ment of the urban agriculture tourism in the key areas of WuLijie are following the trend of social development. The current advanced network information technology and communications technology bring opportunity for the development of the urban agriculture tourism in the key areas of WuLijie. But it also exists single tourism pro-duct, mismanagement and other issues and this becomes the target of the study.Finally, combined with the analysis of the current situation, the paper puts forward the development mode of the development of the urban agriculture tourism in the key areas of WuLijie from the recent, medium-term, long-term. The paper point out that in the recent the key areas of WuLijie should focus on the resource driving mode and project driven mode to shape the initial mode of the urban agriculture tourism in the key areas of WuLijie. This model has the advantage of quick results. In the middle taking location advantage as the driving force, to use location advantage of the key areas of WuLijie which in the suburbs of three key city, the key areas of Wu-Lijie should develop mode of urban radiation range widely. In the long time, the key areas of WuLijie should put forward industry driven and composite functional push based model to develop large industries and extend the industrial chain of agriculture and tourism, and realize the long-term strategic goals of the development of the urban agriculture tourism in the key areas of WuLijie. The paper provide the successful case as supporting materials for the feasibility of the mode.This article innovation of the article lies in selecting PEST as analysis method which can show the advantages and disadvantages of the development mode of the development of the urban agriculture tourism in the key areas of WuLijie compre-hendsively and clearly. And The paper target proposes resource driven, project driven, driven, industry based on the location and function of compound and many kinds of development pattern from three stage for short-term, medium-term and long-term. This research is different from before. Its goal is more clear and has stronger reality guiding significance.
