In recent years, with the development of economic globalization and China promotion of comprehensive strength, China elevator ownership, lift the whole staircase annual output has maintained a high speed growth. China has become the world’s largest elevator manufacturing and consuming country in the world. Based on China’s urbanization level and the continuous improvement living conditions, the elevator are going to be used in the homes of ordinary people, so China elevator companies have ushered in the development of the new opportunities. With the real estate industry into the depth of the adjustment period, the real estate industry and elevator industry is highly related to the scale, also entered the new stage of the development and change of the concentration.This paper takes DM elevator company business strategy as the research object, researches on DM elevator company current business strengths and weaknesses, the opportunities and challenges through the SWOT analysis method, determines the DM elevator company core and key step of the business strategy and puts forward the main measures to implement development operation strategy of DM elevator company. This article first introduces the research background, the research significance, the relevant domestic, international literature review, the research content and the frame structure; the second chapter focuses on the enterprise competition strategy, marketing strategy and the basic theory, the use of popular business strategy determines and points out the study that the SWOT method is more suitable for DM elevator company business strategy. In the third chapter, it focuses on the present situation of DM elevator company according to the product overview, DM elevator company’s technical capacity, human resources and financial capacity. The fourth chapter is about the analysis to the DM elevator company current development advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges, and proposed the ‘development operation strategy’ choice based on the SWOT basic logic analysis method. Finally, the fifth chapter focuses on the development of future DM elevator company business strategy and also puts forward specific implementation measures.
