With the development of economy and the deepening of financial industry reform,modern finance has changed a lot compared with traditional finance.Due to the impact of the epidemic,the downward pressure on our economy increases,coupled with the continuous impact of internet finance,the development of banks have also encountered unprecedented challenges.In order to stabilize their dominant position in risk and risk,commercial banks pay more attention to the development of public business as an important source of bank income.In the face of opportunities and challenges,how to optimize the marketing strategy of C branch to achieve the development of public business is of great significance.First of all,combined with the C branch of CCB on the development of public business,through the relevant research conclusions and marketing strategy research,and then the domestic and foreign research summarized to form the theoretical basis for this article writing,and provides the reference and the instruction for the article writing.Secondly,PEST analysis and Porter’s five forces model are used to analyze the macro-environment,micro-environment and internal environment of the C branch’s marketing On this basis,the comprehensive use of SWOT analysis and AHP on the C branch of CCB to choose the public business marketing strategy.Based on the SWOT analysis model,AHP quantitative analysis of its marketing environment-related factors to conduct a comprehensive analysis and determine the strategic options.Again,with STP theory,7p theory as the theoretical guidance,market segmentation,based on the analysis of current marketing strategy and problems,this paper analyzes the optimization scheme from seven aspects: product,Price,channel,promotion,personnel,physical display and service process.Finally,according to the actual situation of the branch,the author puts forward the guarantee measures to ensure the implementation of the optimized strategy to improve the business performance of the C branch and promote the normal development of the C branch’s business marketing.As a branch of a state-owned bank,Branch C of CCB has a lot of similarities with other branch branches of state-owned banks,i hope this study can provide reference and reference for other branch network to the public business marketing.
