Study On Construction Management Of New Town

In recent years, with the accelerated process of urbanization, great development has happened in big cities in our country.With the rapid growth of urban population and industrial agglomeration,the original urban planning has been difficult to meet the development needs,and lead to a series of questions,such as traffic congestion,the shortage of urban housing,environmental degradation and so on.Newtown is exactly new urban community of anthropogenic planning and construction,it has properties of self-sufficiency and balanced development.It can not only undertake industry and population of the central city,but also promote local economic development,and coordinate sustainable development of the entire region.But,due to the construction of Newtown in china is still in the exploratory stage,it faced with such problems as lack of practical experience and theoretical research.How to build Newtown and how to manage it after the completion is the key of this research.This paper is based on the path of the construction and the management system of Newtown as the main object of study.On the basis of the theoretical analysis of Newtown,and learn from the development process and lessons learned of Newtown construction at home and aboard,summary and analysis the way of construction and associated management system of chinese domestic Newtown.This paper is mainly divided into the following four parts.Chapter Ⅰ is the introduction,the main contents of this part is research background,research significance and the main research framework and methods of this paper.The second part includes Chapter Ⅱ and Chapter Ⅲ,mainly introduce the concept,connotation,related theory and research summary of Newtown at home and aboard.On the basis of learning from experiences abroad and Hong Kong and Taiwan,and analysis the practice in Chinese mainland,to provide reference for writing the path of the construction and the management system of Newtown.The third part includes Chapter Ⅳ,Chapter Ⅴ and Chapter Ⅵ,it is the Writing focus.Mainly discuss the formation and the common construction mode of our country’s Newtown,analysis the path of the construction^ management system and preferential policy of our country’s Newtown.Finally,this paper choose the case of Jingnan Newtown project as a case study.The fourth part is the conclusion part,it is the summary of research results and shortcomings,then outlook for development prospect of Newtown in our country.Through theoretical analysis and practical lessons at home and abroad,to describe such aspects as location,size,sources of funds,the main development,management system and preferential policy,aims to explore the appropriate development of construction management mode.
