The Research Of Reclamation Model Of New Expressways’ Temporary Land In Anhui Province

From the macro perspective in this paper, in order to provide theoretical basis and technical support for temporary land-using reclamation of the Expressway, it has put forward temporary Expressway land reclamation mode made in line with the requirements of sustainable development and the actual local situation. In the paper, it has used some research methods including literature, empirical analysis, survey research, comparative research and qualitative combine with quantitative. It has built different types of temporary land Expressway temporary land reclamation mode to provide a reference for protecting sustainable economic development of the region and ecology and society on the basis of natural partitions on different areas in Anhui Province.Firstly, in this paper,the temporary Expressway land is classified into three types that are borrow pits, spoil ground and construction sites by understanding the development situation and the destruction of the way of Anhui temporary expressway land-using, on this basis,it analyses the features of the way of Anhui temporary expressway land-using and the impact on the regional economy, ecology and society.Secondly, it divided Anhui Province into four regions which are into the Anhui Huaibei Plain area, JAC wavy plains and hills, along the plains area and hilly area in West and south of Anhui according to the topography. Then it analyses status land use and collates built temporary expressway land reclamation mode in Anhui four regions, and establishes different reclamation mode for the temporary land-using in different regions of different types of Expressways. The reclamation model of temporary Expressway land is a dynamic process, the boundaries is relative but not absolute between the different modes, and is likely to be of mutual integration, it also can achieve the best rehabilitation results by appropriate combination.Thirdly, taking Li River Guangzhou high-speed (Anhui section) for instance, the paper analyzed reclamation economic, social and ecological benefits of the temporary Expressway land. It must be sure that the harmonization of the three benefits must be expected when it puts into effect before formulating rehabilitation measures.At the last, in order to promote the smooth implementation of temporary Expressway land reclamation work and achieve sustainable use of land and improve the ecological environment in the region, the paper has put forward the corresponding security measures aimed at temporary land reclamation of new-building Expressway in Anhui Province.
