Along with the deepening of the globalization and integration of financial industry, international industry shift gradually to achieve the optimal allocation of resources. Especially in the financial service outsourcing offshore outsourcing, become the focus of international industry transfer, the reason is that its superiority characteristic, including the reduction of costs and benefits, the quality, efficiency, etc. Financial service outsourcing to the positive role of financial service trade increasingly prominent, and gradually increase in the position in the whole financial services industry. Throughout the world financial development pattern, the financial service outsourcing industry is in rapid rising trend in the development life cycle, leading the mainstream of the outsourcing market.At present, in the financial service outsourcing industry in China the number of enterprises and their branch structure and regional distribution analysis, regardless of whether it as the main industry, as long as it is with the business, or onshore outsourcing, offshore outsourcing both in one of the enterprise, although most of time is less than 10 years, but the dense network of cooperation, not only confined to major cities in China, involving relatively mature at the same time Europe and the United States, Japan and South Korea and other places, and set up specialized agencies. Including longtop, Hua Ta digital, Vince innovation and soft power, etc. In recent years, China’s financial outsourcing industry development speed. In this paper, the research sample- Technology & Operation Center is such a company engaged in financial outsourcing industry, the company was founded in 2007, is a wholly owned subsidiary of the international renowned enterprises XX group, during its established less than ten years’ time, employees have been founded in the early of 34 people grow to more than 1800 people currently.In this paper, by combining the existing employee satisfaction theory research results both at home and abroad, to XX Technology & Operation Center as an example, mainly combining with Gallup Q12 questionnaire 12 standard topics and contact the actual design of 64 detail questions for employee satisfaction survey. This paper use data collection method, questionnaire survey method and statistical analysis method, the Technology & Operation Center status of employee satisfaction survey, analysis and research:First, this paper established employee satisfaction formation model and theory model; Secondly on the basis of the Gallup Q12, and proposed the influence of Technology & Operation Center staff satisfaction of five dimension, in turn for each dimension of it contains specific factors; Again on this basis, the design is suitable for the Technology & Operation Center staff satisfaction questionnaire, a total of 143 copies, recycling, 135, 128 effective questionnaires were eventually; At last, by sorting and analysis of the questionnaire, the following study conclusions:First, XX Technology & Operation Center employee job satisfaction in 2014 is higher than 2013 survey results;Second, score of customer matching results team is higher than transaction surveillance team and compliance report reporting team on overall employee satisfaction survey;Third, more and more employees began to focus on leadership in the enterprise upside, career development prospects and management team, but salary has been declined to secondary position;Fourth, good corporate management team has become one of the important factors that affect employee satisfaction;Fifth, for detail questions on employee satisfaction surveys, employment condition is in the highest satisfaction while employment reward is in the lowest satisfaction;Sixth, an employee satisfaction for employment group is lower than the employment conditions, living in second place, where the staff of the cooperative enterprise personnel quality and harmony among colleagues satisfaction were higher;Seventh, employees on corporate culture and image of living in a high level of satisfaction, indicating that corporate reputation and good word of mouth;Eighth, lower score in the employment itself factors, indicating the job lack of challenging and person-post matching bottom;Ninth, employees have lowest score on employment reward, especially in the growth and development in this assessment factors;Tenth, employees work experiences within a year or more than 5 years are in higher satisfaction level.According to the survey results of the analysis above, we propose to enhance the XX Technology & Operation Center employee satisfaction countermeasures, including the following four aspects: First, know your employees; second, focus on your employees; third, care about you employees; fourth, inspire your employees.Through the study of this article discusses, in the hope to give the present situation of XX Technology & Operation Center employee satisfaction rationalization suggestions for improvement, and can be applied to practice, and the financial service outsourcing industry in the future employee satisfaction questionnaire design, the main factors affecting, suggest study and development, can provide certain reference value.
