China’s vegetable industry is developing rapidly, but along with the social progress and development, the market requirement about the quality of the vegetables is higher and higher. Technical barriers to trade is becoming more and more demanding, Market competition on vegetables is also growing at home and abroad. At the same time, the export vegetable industry in Heilongjiang province is also facing severe challenges. If Heilongjiang province wants to resist pressure in the export of vegetables and for a better and faster development, then it is urgent to improve industry international competitiveness.This article applies the relevant theories of international trade and international competitiveness, and selecting related index evaluation analysis of the current situation of Heilongjiang province vegetable export, to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the calculation of Vegetable industry international competitiveness of Heilongjiang province. It mainly use RCA and TC, SAI, export contribution rate four indicators, on the basis of the comparative advantage theory and competitive advantage theory, use of the international competitiveness of framework, conducts a comprehensive analysis of international competitiveness evaluation with vegetables of Heilongjiang province. To measure and collect the relevant data of Heilongjiang province vegetables export competitiveness strength conclusion.In this paper, there are theoretical analysis and empirical analysis. Competitive advantage and comparative advantage, belongs to the theoretical analysis of the application of theory of economics; SWOT analysis and selection and analysis of competition index belong to the empirical analysis. There are qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. In each cycle data reflect the heilongjiang vegetable export contribution belongs to quantitative analysis, according to the relevant theoretical research parameters affect the international competitiveness of vegetable in Heilongjiang province belongs to the qualitative analysis. Through comprehensive analysis, find out the influence of Heilongjiang province vegetables exports and restricting the vegetables the influence factors of international competitiveness of Heilongjiang province, and according to these factors put forward the corresponding countermeasures. This will contribute to vegetable in Heilongjiang province in the future international competitiveness of ascension have certain reference significance.Through the analysis, it can be seen that Heilongjiang province vegetables of comparative advantage is obvious in the international competition, and the contribution rate of exports is small, and international competitiveness is not very strong, and competitive downward trend year by year. By analyzing the factors that influence the competitiveness of vegetable in Heilongjiang province, for improving the quality of vegetable export, this article think it should be perfect quality supervision system, the aspects such as the diversification of vegetables, industrial management to enhance the competitiveness of the vegetables in Heilongjiang province. At the same time, in full support of the government, promote the Heilongjiang vegetable export competitiveness of ascension.
