The real estate market of China has been the largest real estate market all around the world. In the past two decades, it has shown a state of inflated development. Yet, the value of the real estate industry is essentially realized through seamless integration of three key elements, namely finances, as well as land and human resources. In comparison with land resources and finances, the activeness along with flexibility generated by the proper utilization and elaboration of human resources is the key to the enterprise development. Hence, in order to survive and develop, a real estate enterprise must have a proper insight in the value of talented people to a business, as well as the fact that the core competitiveness of a company is gained by forming a solid team with talents.This paper sets the TH corporation as its research object. First of all, explore the staff incentive mechanism of real estate enterprises through researching related theories as well as the actual situations of this industry. Then to investigate the TH employees’ satisfaction levels and demands from their gender, age, education background and post, by making questionnaire survey and the interviews. Find out the existing problems and reasons by analyzing the effect of existing staff incentive mechanism scheme and make it the foundation to establish a new project for staff incentive mechanism.The employee survey found that the satisfaction of TH employees to the project for staff incentive mechanism is not so high that the current incentives cannot meet their requirements, the effect is still poor. The four incentive system involves pay, performance, career development and enterprise culture are included in the optimized project for staff incentive mechanism scheme. By combining a variety of incentives that meets their requirements; excites their potential; activates their spontaneous activeness as well as enthusiasm; brings employees the sense of belonging and coherence towards the enterprise; improves the operation efficiency of the company in order to help it achieve its goal of strategic development.
