In today’s world, the development of science and technology is rapid, and information technology plays an irreplaceable rolein the various areas of the world. It has a pivotal position and is regarded as a powerful tool for the development of the social, economy, science, technology. Nature of the IT companies have their own characteristics, this determines the company staff will play a key determinant in the roads of the development of the company. The achievements researched by research and development personnel are the core for enterprise capital, and many of the key technologies are in the hands of some backbone employees.Career management is a very meaningful content in human resource management, and with the development of the world, more and more people pay attention to this topic and use it. The correct use of career management not only can help individuals to achieve their life ideal, but also promote the company complete the business planning smoothly.This article regards the Huawei technologies as a case to analysis and studying how to establish and improve a set of a career planning mechanism for research and development persons. By analyzing a variety of channels to achieve goals and establish a mechanism for the object, providing space, tapping potential, motivation up, the company can provide all the staff see the hope in the workplace.
