While the government promote and deepen the "going out" policy, has entered a new development stage. The enterprises who own the high-technology like IT enterprises become the life-blood of overseas expansion, so that this research of internationalization strategy is very valuable for all the chinese IT enterprises.First of all, this paper use the Five-Force Mode, the SWOT analysis of enterprise strategy theory to expound the situation and international development of group A, usie the PEST theory to analyze the environment of group A, to find the advantages and disadvantages of group A to carry out international business. Combining the above theory and enterprise management related theory, find out the defects in the overseas development of group A, such as organization structure, international market entry mode, overseas management mode etc.; Then, list the present situation and the use of internationalization strategy of other chinese IT enterprises, such as huawei, lenovo, haier, etc., analyze and contrast the theory of international management, such as market entry mode, the global supply chain and competitive strategy theory, enumerate the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of strategies and the suitable environment inwhere can carry out, combined with the actual case, illustrates the application of theory in practice. At the same time learn from concrete policies of international operation associated with group A, compared with group A, sum up experience and deficiencies; Finally, this paper based on the above analysis, to explore the theory and practice, combined with the company organizational structure and management theory, summarizes the improvement program of internationalization for group A, propose the adjustment of organization structure and the new market entry mode for group A, then propose some suitable improvement ideas and enterprise management theory use for helping group A to improve the international development strategy, to achieve full internationalization as soon as possible, such as organization structure, team management, human resources management etc..This paper abstracts the main internationalization strategy that are used by Chinese IT enterprise, find out the key factors that make success in internationalization, analyze the other enterprise’s success and failure experience. For the actual situation of group A, it can not copy the other’s mode, It’s need to be adjusted on the basis of reference for the experience, finally make up a set of theory for group A’s internationalization development. There is not many researches on the internationalization of group A, this paper fills A vacancy. In addition, this paper provides a theoretical guidance for the other enterprises who wants to develop the internationalization business too, it helps achieve the purpose of this paper.
