As the market economy developing, China's enterprises gradually integrated into the globalization. It provides a huge opportunity for China's enterprises, and risks as well. More and more multinational companies in China launched a large-scale investment and expansion since China has become the world's economic and industrial development of the global chain. As an international company, H Company has seen China's auto market for the broad prospects, and regarding Chinese market as an important part of the global strategy.Basis on strategic management theory, we mainly focus on the competition strategy for the H Company entering the China market. Through the analysis of the structure of China's automobile industry and enterprises in the industry's competitive position, we'd like to point out that, as emerging markets, H companies should adapt to the competitive strategy for long term developing China market and integrate China market into an important parts of Corporate strategy. Address the specific situation of the Chinese market, we call for the differentiation strategies to the high-end market, optimize enterprise integration strategy, and strategic alliances. In addition, we provide the proposed strategic for improvement, including the outsourcing strategy, an electronic service platform and trade platform strategy.Through the use and practice PEST analysis, Porter 5 forces of the analysis model, the core competitiveness and the value chain analysis, as well as tools such as SWOT analysis, I believe that this will improve me a lots in theoretical research and development. At the same time, it will pro vide a wide range of reference for H Company China market. If the relevant enterprises in the development of strategies are willing to benefit, I would be honored.
