According to some statistics, up to the end of year 2014, number of persons whose age is above 60 years old has leaped to 2.12 billion, the number is 15.5 percent of the population, it is increased year by year, aging population problem becomes increasing prominent, our country is proceeding towards an "aged society" faster and faster. On the basis of statistics from China Tourist Administration, number of the aged who goes on a sightseeing tour is 20% of the total aged person population, in the meanwhile, the number is rising, it makes the tourist market for the aged is a blueprint in China’s tourist market. Yet, judging from the present condition, the tourist market for the aged is fairly immature, product type is tedious, especially the accommodation, it vastly outstripped by demand.Therefore, my research brings forward the product conception of accommodation for the aged on tourist tour, and offers theoretical foundation and experience reference for further research by reviewing and analyzing literature; Selecting Pan Xi in Si Chuan and Mountain Long Men as the research object, we did interview to tourists, operators and government managers on accommodation for the aged on tourist tour, all done by field, we did the researchfrom the perspective of the tourist market for the aged to gain the build-in problems and solutions. We also used the accommodation for the aged in foreign for reference, aimed to rural tourist, hotel industry and real estate for the aged, we proposed different development strategy.
