Aging of population is the trend of the world population’s development and thesevere social problem that countries facing with.In order to solve the socialendowment problem and ensure that the old people enjoy their old-age care andhousing,aged real estate’s construction become a new trend.Analysising the marketdemand is not only the basis of aged real estate’s development policies, but the basisof aged real estate’s development in field of production,circulation andconsumption,and help to the market’s continuous and healthy development.Nanchang have entered the aging of population society in Jiangxi province,as theaging of population process accelerating,the number of older people is growing,whichsharps all kinds of endowment contradiction including endowment livingcontradiction.In addition, the transformation of endowment patterns create thecondition which promotes aged real estate market’s development and makes theelderly population’s endowment living question be social concern.This paper aims to analysis the background of aged real estate’s market demandin Nanchang,discusses the social economic development situation,populationdevelopment status and elderly population’s living situation,points out the influence ofendowment living caused by aging of population.On these bases, this paper clarifiesaged real estate market’s development status and problems exist during the developingprocess in Nanchang,qualitative analysis all market demand factors,and quantitativeanalysis each factor’s influence degree by grey relational analysis.According to bothqualitative and quantitative analysis,this paper carries out the market prospect.Finally,this paper points out some release strategies of the market demandincluding that driving the effective demand by increasing the market effectivesupply,making development planning and needs assessment mechanism,establishingthe multiple financing payment platform to solve hire or purchase problems of agedreal estate,perfecting social security system and changing conceptions,developingolder industry to promote aged real estate market’s development.
