Due to improve enterprise management level, and meet the requirements of certification or regulation, the JinjingGroup successively built up quality system, environment system, occupation health safety integrated management system, measurement management system, the enterprise standard system, internal control system, etc. The JinjingGroup also introduced other management tools and methods, such as the strategic management, process management, comprehensive budget management, performance management, etc. In addition, the JinjingGrouphas built some special management system.Along with the increase of systems the problems existing in the running also become prominent. The interface between the systems and the coordination between the elements get more and more complex.It’s easy to get the phenomenon that one system has all kinds of contradictory "skins". It is easy to cause the waste of management resources if the enterprise establish and maintain a variety of management system respectively.In order to improve efficiency and achievements of management, enterprises need to find suitable methods to integrate a variety of management system seffectively.Since the industrial revolution, along with the development of management theory and practice, the enterprise built up a variety of internal management systems gradually.The management systemshas highly developed, at the same time, the enterprise organization system has changed to the degree of rigid, formed kinds of barriers which are impenetrable, often ignoring the needs of customers.The purpose of this article is in combed enterprise production mode evolution and the development history of enterprise organization, on the basis of study of jinjing group of the integration of a variety of management system, put forward process system construction plan based on the integrating of management system.Aiming at various problems existing in the management system in parallel,JinjingGroup need to integrate from on three levels:organization, system, process.The process of integrating must adhere to "result oriented, process as the center, based on the resources, file as the carrier," four principles of integration, from the process framework design, the specific process design, management documentation implements three aspects to take measures.Due to the original process according to the inventory production mode, the current business to order production mode, Jinjing group need to base on the new business model characteristics and combinewith management system requirements to design, making the business process can meet the requirements of management system implementation and certification. Around business process and process management present situation, the current business process evaluation of Jinjing group, to comb and determines the key business process list, and select the procurement business process as the research object for case analysis. Through the analysis of the procurement process main link, clarify the procurement process framework and requirement and the flow chart and process manual was revised.Based on a variety of implementation process optimization of integrated management system, at the same time, Jinjing group also needs to further perfect the process management functions, promote the informatization construction process management, shaping processes of customer oriented culture, develop and improve the follow-up assessment mechanism, for the smooth running of business process and management system of the corresponding guarantee.
