Study On Improvement Of The R&D Management System Of HYT Group Co.

With the development of market economy, the degree of market opening and the competition is becoming more intense. How to maintain the competitiveness in the market to become the biggest challenges facing enterprises. Therefore, through research and innovation, looking for a new "blue ocean" is becoming the main means to many enterprises to cope with the market competition. But the research management is a systematic project, for just entering the field of research and development of enterprises, the establishment of R & D management system is an arduous task, absorbing the successful experience of models at home and abroad is the only option.The research object of this paper is HYT group company, the company is mainly engaged in a power industry comprehensive enterprise business, the project has a very rich experience and strength, but is still in the initial stage of research and development in technology, and the group more, R & D strength dispersion, R & D strategy is not clear, management means simple, we need to optimize the development management system. In this paper, integrated product development mode and business process reengineering based on the theory, the analysis of existing problems, put forward to optimize the development system of HYT group company’s proposal, and the establishment of R & D management scheme for a set of practical for the company, improve the development efficiency and market competitiveness.This paper summarized the theory and the status quo of management research at home and abroad, the integrated product development mode and business process reengineering theory, explain the core idea and overall framework of integrated product development. Then on the HYT group company introduced, present situation of the management of a detailed description of HYT group company R & D, the HYT group company’s development strategy, organization structure, system R & D process system, performance management system are analyzed, and problem diagnosis. Then, according to the characteristics of the existing problems of HYT company, the causes, combined with the characteristics of the HYT group of companies, proposed the solution methods of integrated product development optimization of HYT group company R & D management system, and the scheme was analyzed and a detailed description of design. Finally, put forward the measures to optimize the management of research and development system of HYT group company, and the effect analysis.Research methods used in this thesis include observation, literature research, descriptive research method and system analysis method. We hope that through this study, provide a reference for the same type of transition of traditional project implementation enterprises to technological innovation of enterprise modernization, for the development of integrated management system of group company.
