Discussion And Strateges On The Problems Of Inner Mongolia Food Quality Supervision System

Food security is the primary problem of the modernization of agriculture in China. The grain yield in china increase continuouslty in the last eleven yeaes. At the beginning of 2015 grain stocks exceed 800000000000 pounds. But the problrm of food safety and quality in China has not been fundamentally solved. the problems of food quality and safety directly endanger people’s health, have a tremendous impact on the economic development. the government is responsible for the food quality and safety supervision, and the supevision of food quality and safety is also an important part of the management of grain circulation industry.In the further development of the grain circulation market, the supervision of goverment on the food quality and safety performs more and more effectivly and ends with remarkable results. But there are still many problems that we need to focus on. We need to manage and supervise the grain industry effectivly under the good ecnomic enviroment. Make sure that the function of market has produced optimizingly and to avoid the market failure and government failure.Inner Mongolia is one of the thirteen major grain producing provinces in China with heavy purchase load, big stock task and large amout of food quality to supervise. the system construction of Inner Mongolia food qulity is not perfect enough, the function of goverment supervision of food quality is still weak. There are other outstanding issues exsit in the inner mongolia food supervision system. This paper analyzes the reasons of existence problems of Inner Mongolia food quality and safety supervision system, and also puts forward the corresponding strateges to solve problems, in order to contribute to the constrction of food quality and safety supervision system in Inner Mongolia.
