The older the nomads, labor ability drop, provide a life safeguard, tend to keep their own pasture is not willing to turn to pasture; Family contracting pasture area is smaller, the more willingness to pasture herders, to expand the scale, scale management flow pasture goal; The more herders Livestock the greater the demand for pasture, thus willing to transfers of pasture.Second, sample herder grassland flow behavior in the study area, herders contracting grassland area, total family income has a significant effect on herders grassland flow behavior. Number of labor, cultural degree, livestock is not the main factors influencing the herders grassland flow intention.
