But there are still a project cost pricing method, the evaluation method and so on specific operation on the scientific, reasonable, so to regulate the project bidding brings a series of problems, very bad for the development of the bidding market, how to better promote the project bidding management is the most critical problem.Jz region has been in the leading place in project development, better promote the area the bidding management is also very important, based on this the paper with jz region engineering project bidding management as the research object, first of all, the concept and research of the bidding scope is defined, the characteristics, the forms and significance of bidding are analyzed. Second, according to current situation of jz region of bidding management, from the management status of bidding units, bidding agency management present situation and the government behavior in bidding and tendering units and so on four aspects has carried on the qualitative analysis. In order to be able to dig out the potential problems in the process of bidding, this paper on the basis of qualitative analysis, data mining method is applied to the associated Apriori algorithm,33 of 14 bidding project tendering units has carried on the correlation analysis, discover the hidden relationship, more targeted, so that the bidding management analysis method using improved scientific management process, improve the quality management.
