The salary distribution has close relationship with the development of society and economy, its macro related to a country’s national economy healthy development and stable operation, the micro is the key factor which determines the survival of an organization’s success or failure. The enterprise salary management effectively has great encouragement effect, on employees’ work attitude, behavior and performance can have a positive impact. On the contrary, it will seriously block the development of the enterprise. Therefore how to establish scientific and reasonable for the enterprise development strategy and the long-term goal of salary management system, guarantee to pay attention to the staff potential development in the premise of reasonable cost, maximize the motivating employees is a major issue to Beijing Colladi and other enterprises must solve, but also the core of this study. In this paper, according to the relevant theories of salary management system, based on the existing salary management system of Beijing branch Yadi company analysis, put forward to improve the Beijing branch Yadi company compensation management system is the basic measures and supporting measures.This paper outlines the Beijing branch Yadi company’s main business, the current compensation management system, and based on the existing problems in the management of the company compensation, aiming at solving these problems, the company’s salary management system into the overall reward management system. This paper puts forward five basic measures, including:constructing the dual promotion system, perfect performance appraisal system, improve the post salary structure, formulate flexible working system, training system. At the same time to assist the smooth implement these basic measures, formulate supporting measures from several control wage costs, management coordination staff internal flow, the company leadership and staff understand support etc.. This paper mainly to the comprehensive compensation management system as the theory basis, put forward a series of improvement measures for the salary management system of Beijing science Yadi company, for other similar enterprises also have some reference value.
