| Container transportation has become an important symbol of ocean shipping.The research on port equipment is becoming hot.With the larger container ships,as the main equipment in loading and unloading ships,the increasing specifications and performance parameters of container crane are signs of modernization and large scale.The container crane is also known as the container loading bridge.And it is the special equipment for loading and unloading containers in container quay.With the characteristics in high handling efficiency,high safe performance and high reliability,the container crane has become one of the indispensable equipment in container terminal.In recent years,with the rapid development of container transport,to reduce transportation cost,the size of container ship is becoming bigger and bigger.The container capacity of 18400TEU has also been put into produce,so that the main technical parameters of container crane is also put forward higher requirements.On the premise of full research of container crane at home and abroad and the practical application,in-depth understanding and analysis of the characteristics and development trend of container crane equipment technology,the paper puts forward the whole design of container crane,and completes the structural design of the main parts of the crane.A continuous quayside container crane is introduced in this paper.Through the creative design of composite girder,continuous ring track and the independent trolley,lifting multiple containers without interference can be realized for the efficient and safe operation.This paper also redesigns the collecting and distributing system,using the roller conveyor and truck or rail flatcar for transport of goods in order to reduce transportation process.It effectively reduce the damage,shorten the transportation time.Finally,the paper analyses in the redesign in technology and economy,proving that crane is feasible in technology and reducing port investment cost. |
