| Tianjin Port is a large comprehensive port which primarily base on bulk, break-bulk and container transportation, and its break-bulk handling has held a more stable and important position. Port break-bulk loading and unloading production system is a complex system made up of ship, goods, loading and unloading equipment, loading and unloading of labor, labor and goods yard. And its loading and unloading links is multifarious and complex. Therefore the influence factors of handling efficiency are numerous, including handling more than the single machine efficiency, loading and unloading, handling the efficiency of the lines of the ownership of reasonable mechanical, handling technology choice and so on.In recent years, with the growth of the ports throughput, the break-bulk throughput is growing too. The Second Company of Tianjin Port as the main controlled company of break-bulk handling, should take the problem of improving efficiency at the first place. This paper mainly take the Break-bulk loading and unloading as the research object, while the integration of terminal equipment resources optimization allocation, coordination and all the related equipment production production lines and improve the working efficiency and loading and unloading equipment utilization as the target. It optimizes equipment and work efficiency of the port break-bulk handling system as well as building the mathematical model, analyzing and researching the related methods of improving the working efficiency. This paper firstly introduces the actuality of the loading and unloading system configuration, including the major ports of loading and unloading goods, mechanical equipment, loading and unloading tools and the analysis of handling technology and so on. Secondly analyzes the general loading and unloading machinery configuration and application, also analyzes the efficiency of port loading and unloading of all kinds of mechanical stand-alone operations and research the principle and influencing factors of operating line. Finally, it takes the measures and suggestions of the improvement of the handling operation from the qualitative and quantitative point of view. |
