The container terminal, which connecting the container transportation of water and the hub, is an important node of modern logistics. The development of container terminal plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the economy development of the cities and regions which the container terminal lies in. As the global economic crisis in recent years, the throughput in most countries'container terminal has a reduction in different degrees. In order to enhance economic efficiency, we container terminals must correspondingly increase the efficiency of terminal operations, the full use of all loading and unloading equipments in order to increase revenue. In recent years, many container terminals in the world have endeavored in doing research on the prime route for yard transport equipment and expect to minimize driving distance of yard equipments in order to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Now, Optimized dispatch of routes has been performed well in the operation of straddles and automatic terminals in foreign countries. But in the aspect of routes optimization, domestic terminals dwell more and only on theory research and natural probe, but less realization of routes optimization in terminals'actual operation. This paper mainly investigates the container truck scheduling problem in container terminal. With consideration on container terminals'request and the complexity of resource allocation for container tailor, this paper makes efforts in researching the container truck process issue of container terminal while the technology of great operation side is engaged in. Starting from the whole process of the loading and unloading operations, in order to reduce the truck deadhead distance on loading and unloading operations in container terminal, the truck scheduling combined with the quay crane operations according to the actual situation, the shortest path mathematical model of the truck driving were established.Fristly. the import and export of container stowage of each program is unknown as the assumptions, established the mixed loading operations of the container tailor scheduling model. By coordinating the operations of loading ship and unloading ship, the container trucks can be shared by different quay cranes. A numerical simulation test is conducted and soloved by NCL language. Through analyzing the result, we can get the optimal value of the container truck scheduling based on "work side". And through the result, we can get the best number of trucks that this task needs which estimated on the base of reducing the craned waiting time. Based on above modal, considering the actual loading and unloading operations in container terminal, the import and export of container stowage of each program known as the assumptions, a truck route optimization model based on containers loading is established. A numerical simulation test is conducted and soloved by ant colony algorithm. The result shows that the model can not only reduce the truck deadhead distance in the loading and unloading process, but also has some specific guidance for the container loading and unloading order.Via a case which simulates the real situation that the container terminals provide service for the different ships, the algorithms engaged in this paper have a good convergent performance and get the optimal value of the container truck scheduling based on "work side". Data show that the proposed models and algorithms to solve the container truck scheduling problems in container terminal have a certain practical significance.
