The world is urbanizing, and elevators like pulse rhythmically push forward the era process. With the improvement of our daily life, people become more and more demanding about the elevator’s fiinctionalities. A survey conducted in 2013 said that the order volume of non-standard project contracts occupied more than 70% of the total order volume throughout a year in company X. A series of problems from the non-standard project such as long-periodic production cycle, high frequency quality issue and relative higher price emerged, which resulted in Commission Agent and Client’s increasingly complain and as well as the market share ratio’s slow growth. As because the main cause to those problems just occurred in the project design stage, then how to organize the non-standard contract project design and how to optimize the non-standard design process became the key point to improve Company X,s enterprise competitive capacity.This article aims to get the primary cause to the problems via scientific analytical methods, starting from the design process of non-standard project where the problems encountered to analysis and investigate three kinds of problems with tremendous influence. For the problems, such as feedback manage agile customer needs, product standardization functional characteristics, non-standard component parameters common management, product design management system, which are modular scalability study to improved non-standard orders for the product design of business processes in X company.Finally,To safeguard the implementation of this program were targeted research, to ensure that non-standard orders for product design and business process improvement smoothly.
