Recently, with the economics development of Shenyang—the capital of Liaoning province, the city studio has greatly improved. Shenyang Tiandi as one of the business program, the developers and marketing department need to focus on how to make the company stands out, deeply exerts advantages and characteristics, accurately match market positioning, and make marketing strategy. Meanwhile, all the ways above can lay the foundation for the future development of the company.This paper has seven parts, and use the modern marketing theory. The fifth part according to the result makes the market orientation and appropriate strategy. The sixth part bases on the implementation and protection of the marketing strategy, give the advice of human resources, information management system and so on, The background to provide guarantee for the implementation of marketing strategy.Finally, this paper get the conclusion. Hope this paper can be used as an study reference and provide scientific, effective and rational project, in older to operate the market for professional people.
