Marketing strategy is the market economy enterprise survival and development of the core issues, especially for real estate companies, marketing enterprises accounted for the vast majority of content, whether it was an appropriate marketing strategy formulation, marketing results are somewhat effective, have a direct determines the success or failure of the real estate business to run. In order to protect the earth two projects in Shenyang effective implementation of marketing strategy, the need to develop practical marketing plan, integrate organizational resources, adjusting the organizational structure, strengthen strategic adjustment and control, etc., in order to promote Shenyang Huahui Limited and Shenyang Tiandi II phase of the project, in marketing strategy under the guidance of the scientific, standardized operation and realize the value and effectiveness.
