Software industry has been rapid development in China, and the demands for software are increasingly strong. China’s software enterprises like springing up, and exponentially grow, however, the quality of growth is not reassuring. China’s software enterprises show some feature, such as small-scale, short life etc. This is a big problem blamed for neglect of enterprise management, especially the neglect of human resource management.The paper researches on issues of human resource management in Guangdong-Zhiyuan Co., Ltd, and the goal is to find a suitable approach for human resources management of Guangdong-Zhiyuan Co., Ltd, and it can also provide similar companies to learn and reference,In this paper, first, reviews the theory of human resources to lay the foundation for future research. Second, through questionnaires and interviews and other methods, to understand the status of human resources management in Guangdong-Zhiyuan Co., Ltd, and analysis issues and reasons of human resource management that need to be addressed the most urgent. The main problems are weak management awareness, lack of professional human resource management, blank of human resource planning, poor communication environment, the lack of effective performance and incentive mechanisms. Third, Author give six optimization strategy based on the above factors with enterprise status. They are change management philosophy, job analysis, plans of human resource, enhance staff training, optimize performance evaluation system, and build a multi-faceted incentives. Finally, through improving the management of modern human resource management knowledge, building a harmonious communication atmosphere, excuting of the project management, implementing of Unified planning and the distribution of the implementation, and strengthening continuous improvement process, to reduce the risk in the process of enterprise reform.
