A Study On Evaluation Of The Investment Environment Of Tourism In China

With the development of tourism economy,some necessary resources supply in short, investment demand gets more and more atttention. Tourism is an comprehensive industy which involves many fields such as culture, finance, transportation Its development needs a lot of money,so it needs financing to create investement demand. From the economics, the purpose of investment is expected to limited capital to obtain the biggest profit, and it hopes that the recipient can affords the opportunity to get the benefit, and the size of opportunity can reflect the investment environment quality conditions.For tourism industry, evaluation of the investment environment of tourism is not only to provide a scientific basis for how to optimize, but also become an important part of tourism development and management, as well as the important precondition for tourism investors to make investment decisions, it has an important research meaning, so we will look upon th evaluation of investment environment of tourism as the article’s focus.Firstly,the paper will establish the theoretical basis of tourism investment environment comprehensive evaluation system through research background and significance, the theoretical firamework,research content and research methods.The second part is the research review, through the review to point out the shortcomings of research depth in tourism investment environment analysis.Next is the influence factor analysis of tourism investment environment. Through the construction of tourism investment environment evaluation index system, the article analysis tourism investment environment of China by factor analysis. We find that the tourism investment environment of China is underdoing two important satages:scale expansion and quality improvement In the scale expansion phase, the expansion of industrial scale and economic scale are the main aspects.In the quality improvement phase,tourism industry transformation, scale economy and the whole economic improvement are the main aspects.The important change is consistent with the economic transformation. And we also find the gap of the east,mid and west district of China.The east experiences transformation of external economy to quality improvement, the central relies on the economic scale for investment returns and the west relies more on resources.Finally,we put forward some suggestions that optimizing the tourism investment environment.
