The Research Of Development Model Of The Leisure Agriculture In Xiamen

China is now entering its new economic normal, the economic growth is changing from a high speed to a rapid growth and the economic structure is now optimizing. The development of leisure agriculture will have great significance to the optimization of economic structure and the stimulation of domestic demand. Therefore, the development of leisure agriculture under a new economic background is quite meaningful. As the forefront of reform and opening up, Xiamen has already entered the new economic normal. The insufficient power in industry development, the decreasing environmental capacity and the weak growth in export all indicate the new economic phenomenon. The annual economic conference of Xiamen 2014 points out that this city should take the initiative to adapt to the new economic normal and focus on the quality and efficiency of economic development. The conference also stresses the strategic planning of beautiful Xiamen, which focuses on the construction of a model city of beautiful ecological condition, graceful landscape,high quality of development, diverse culture and harmonious society. A beautiful Xiamen needs a beautiful countryside, and the development of leisure agriculture is a key element to the plan and holds great significance under the new background.Xiamen, as the "National Garden City", the development of leisure agriculture here is quite fast, some famous and successful tourism sites such as Li Tian Yuan, Wu Feng Storied leisure agricultureuilding Ecological Estate, Xiao Deng Leisure Fishing Village and Tian Zhu Hill Forest Park emerge. This paper gives a a comprehensive analysis to the current leisure agriculture in Xiamen and summarizes the four patters of leisure agriculture in Xiamen. leisure agricultureased on typical case studies and market research, identifying problems and proposing solutions and suggestions. Conclusions of this paper are the following three aspects:First, the development of leisure agriculture in Xiamen could be summarized as the rural agricultural model, village township model, vacation model and returning to nature mode.Second, the tourism market survey results based on typical parks show that the current Xiamen leisure agriculture development all lack innovation. problems exist in different models are not the same. The rural agricultural model has the problems of lacking cultural deposit, low service level and poor health conditions; the village township model doesn’t have enough experiencing programs and reputation; the price of vacation model are unreasonable, and the environment is not comfortable; the returning to nature model doesn’t provide enough experiencing programs for the youth and the shopping condition is poor.Third, providing advices to the problems accordingly. The rural agricultural model needs to dig and extending cultural deposits, enhancing training to improve service level and establish health "responsibility" system; the village township model needs to increase the entertainment facilities and marketing; the vacation model needs to improve the price mechanism and better plan the layout; the returning to nature model needs to increase the experiencing programs for the youth and create a good shopping environment. Finally, the author gives specific measures to development the leisure agriculture in Xiamen from the product, organization and culture aspects.
