As the advanced format of business organization, the form of a Group Company as the economic entity is playing a key role in economic development and reform nowadays in China. However, with the achievement of business of scales and expansion of its products, to set up an ideal financial control system is keep challenging the group company.By researching the financial management control present situation in China and overseas and analyzing the characteristics, strength and weakness of centralized management control system, decentralized management control system and the combination control system, this article has made an evaluation on a real example of a private enterprise group. The C group is a typical example within its industry. This article is believed that the C group is able to improve its financial management control ability and reduce the management cost by applying combination system, thus to enhance its industrial competitive advantage.Please advise if there are any opinions.On the structural layout, this paper mainly divided into five chapters. Chapter 1 Introduction mainly introduces the main topics of the study background in this paper. Through the analysis of the important position of private enterprises in the current economy, it shows the positive significance of the private enterprise financial management. And it analyzes the research status both at home and abroad. Chapter 2 Relevant theories and methods mainly introduces the related financial management theory, the enterprise strategy theory and financial strategy theory, analyzes the relationship between financial strategy and business strategy. Chapter 3 and Chapter 4 introduce the advantages and disadvantages of different management mode and scope of application and future trend of financial control. At last, it also introduces the current research at the forefront of strategic management accounting theory. Chapter 3 Financial control analysis of C group introduces the background, management orientation, the existing management structure and financial control as a case, especially analyzes the problem and the insufficiency of its financial control on Financial control mode selection, financial personnel management, financial information, financial investment management, capital management and budget management, etc. In Chapter 4 Financial control of C group, in combination with the practical situation of the management, the financial control scheme is proposed based on financial control theories. The solution points out that C group should choose the control mode that combine the centralized management and decentralized management and focus on the former one. C group should establish financial sharing center and key financial personnel stationed system, centralize the fund management, establish financial early warning mechanism, strengthen the financial investment management, etc. It aims to continuously improve existing financial control system and ensures the healthy and stable development. Chapter 5 Conclusion summarizes the main point of the full text and points out the value of research, as well as the main innovation points.
