Research On Financial Management And Control Mode Of Petrochemical Industry Enterprise Groups

Currently, The global economy is in the depth adjustment period and change period after the financial crisis, the major economies continue to operate at a low level,the overall economic recovery is weak. China put forward "Four Comprehensives" strategic layout, the new leadership more emphasis on reform and innovation of economic importance, pointed out that to promote the supply side structural reform,coupled with the further implementation of the reform of state-owned enterprises opinion, higher requirements are put forward for the enterprises of our country. As an organizational form of China's socialist economic system, state-owned enterprise groups also need to deepen reform and innovation in order to enhance their competitiveness and adapt to the global market competition environment. Enterprise group's financial control is an important part of enterprise strategic management and control, but also need to keep pace with the times, and constantly adjust. At present,our country enterprise group for the study of financial management and control is still in the exploratory stage, in the practical operation still exist some problems, hindering the implementation of enterprise strategic management and control of the unified, is not conducive to the realization of the strategic objectives of the whole group.The related research results, at home and abroad, usually from management and economics point of view to research on financial control mode.There are not much research on the financial control mode of the system, combined with the specific stage of development, enterprise strategic management, business process analysis and study of the article is relatively small. This paper used such as qualitative analysis,normative research, comparative analysis and case analysis. There is a comprehensive analysis of the problems existing in the financial management and control. Related factors of development strategy and combined with the case of the enterprise development stage, put forward the corresponding financial control mode, and proposed innovative financial control from the prevention and control in summary and control three aspects of optimization to improve the financial management status.Setting up the center of capital and strengthen the internal and external audit, improve the incentive and restraint mechanism to improve the financial management status.Based on the analysis of this study, the following conclusions were drawn:starting from the overall strategy for enterprise group, combined with their own actual situation, consider the market environment changes in selection and adapt to the financial management and control model, also has to be based on beforehand, in the matter, after the three aspects of the construct and perfect the financial control system of enterprise group.
