Study On Financial Management And Control Of The X Group Enterprise

Along with the growth of economic, the speed of industrial structure optimization is quickening. Many enterprises become large-scale business group in different ways like integrating, restructuring, merger and acquisition. With the expansion of the scale and complexity of the organizational structure, enterprise groups encounter many challenges in internal management, especially in financial management and control issues. Group companies in our country also face problems like lack of financial management, incomplete coordinate mechanism, poor regulation and low quality in financial information. These problems not only hinder the order of internal management, but also restrict the rapid and healthy development of enterprises. So it is necessary to find some effective ways to improve the level of corporate financial management and control. This way, the enterprise group will have a healthy and rapid development. This paper, based on the scientific analysis of the case of X Group, attempts to establish a suitable development of the Group’s financial management and control system for china.In this paper, X Enterprise Group is the object for the study. It learns from research scholars from china and abroad. The paper combines the actual situation of enterprise, uses the method of literature research, case studies, questionnaire and interview survey to conduct a study. This paper analyses financial management and control based on the current situation of financial management and control of X Enterprise Group. Then it proposes the corresponding recommendations to optimize the Group’s financial management and control, and use as a reference to improve the level of financial management and control X Enterprise Group.This paper is divided into the following four parts. The first part introduces the research background of this research, the research methods, and some research results from china and abroad. Secondly, it introduces some theories related to financial management and control, including the characteristics of enterprise financial management and control, types of enterprise group financial management and control, the main means of control and so on. In the third part, the writer points out the general problem of financial management and control in enterprise groups in China based on the actual situation. At last, According to specific circumstances of X Enterprise Group, this paper gives some advises to improve financial management and control of X Group from seven aspects, including financial personnel management, finance manager appointment system, financial systems and financial process control, financial information platform construction, budget performance management, asset management and audit.
