The Yellow River bridge is for Shuozhou to Zhungeer new railway across the Yellow River. Through good project management, construction enterprises to overcome the large volume of anchorage concrete crack control technology of large diameter and large wall thickness of steel tube arch machining precision control, complex terrain, super thick covering layer under the condition of lithology comprehensive construction technology of large volume arch, cable-stayed system research and development and application problems such as the hoisting of large span and large tonnage cable, the expected duration to complete the project, and achieved considerable economic benefits, and has a certain reference for the later similar project.Firstly,This paper aims to the project organization and responsibilities of the various departments to start, description of each department’s responsibilities. Then, it concludes three aspects-equipment and material management, cost management, schedule management, analyzeing the take the actual project in the means and in order to ensure the smooth progress of the project, and to take security measures.In respect of schedule management, this paper firstly introduces the schedule management of PDCA circulation method, and the schedule plan, statistics, the checking and rectification of four steps in detail, at the same time, the paper with examples of a sub project introduces the method of using the dual code network chart optimization stage. In terms of cost management, this paper takes example of cost curves of cumulative introduces the method, investment control at the same time, introduced the method of earned value method to judge the situation of cost and schedule, the. In the aspect of the material management, this paper introduces the method of key management, the materials in the ABC material management method of general management and classification management. Finally, this paper put forward in order to ensure the smooth progress of the project and completed on schedule to take the project organization and management measures.
