Research And Application Of Project Management System For Building Materials And Equipment Manufacturing Enterprise

With the further development of economy and stable growth of comprehensive national strength, the development of the building materials and equipment manufacturing industry in our country are significantly accelerated. The level of autonomy research and development in major equipment is significantly increased, however, the market competition become more and more intense, building materials and equipment manufacturers are also facing tough situation. With the development of information technology, in recent years, information software are widely used in manufacturing enterprises, and brought convenience for the enterprise management.Based on this, in this paper, we will go along with the direction of information technology to solve the problem faced by the building materials and equipment enterprises, and proposed a project management methodology for the building materials and equipment manufacturing enterprises, especially the group equipment manufacturers. The main research work can be summarized as the following aspects:(1) The project management methodology for the building materials and equipment manufacturing enterprise. Firstly, the business process are detailed described from materials management, bill of material(BOM) business processes, and the early warning of production processes; Then the project management business logic model which suitable for the building materials and equipment manufacturing enterprise is proposed, the logic model provides a theoretical basis and foundation for the development of the project management system.(2) Research on the key technologies of project management system for building materials and equipment manufacturing enterprise. According to the project management methods of building materials and equipment manufacturing enterprise, the key technologies of Group multi-level BOM model, Group early warning research master production schedule, cost statistics, and expense budget based on project are solved.(3) Develop a project management system following the product manufacturing process of the building material equipment enterprises. And describe the system's development and operation environment, discusses the design and their functions of the main modules. Moreover,the project management system(PMS) is developed for practical application with passed quality acceptance.
