Research On The Inventory Cash Control Of City Commercial Banks

With the rapid development of the market economy, the transformation of the city commercial banks relatively fast, but its cash management has many problems. As a special cargo, cash inventory control management is very important for city commercial banks. Therefore, the research of inventory control related theory and model has practical significance to the cash operation of city commercial banks.This article first summarizes the related research status of cash inventory management, logistics management, newsvendor Problem and supply chain multi echelon inventory, concluding the difficulties existing in the inventory of cash management and cash management mode. Based on the relevant basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain, cash logistics and supply chain are defined. According to the actual research situation, the status quo of the city commercial banks cash inventory were summarized and made recommendations accordingly.Secondly, from the central treasury of city commercial bank perspective, a single-stage inventory control model is established under stochastic demand. This model is based on single-stage inventory control strategy and the randomness features of cash demand. Empirical analysis has been carried on to verify the validity of the model. Single-stage inventory model only considers the central treasury stock cost and cannot achieve optimal overall inventory cost due to the lack of information sharing between the people’s bank issued libraries and outlets. In view of this, based on studying multi-level inventory control model, this paper puts forward two echelon distribution system which is composed of the central Treasury and outlets. With the stock capacity and level of service as the constraint condition, the multi variable two echelon inventory control model is established targeted the optimal total inventory cost of two level system.Finally, the two-level inventory control model is applied to the city commercial bank cash inventory optimization, using genetic algorithm to solve the optimal order quantity and the minimum total inventory cost.
