Coal is the most important of our national economy energy, its availability for energy security of the national economy has an important influence. Coal supply system including coal production, storage, transportation and power generation sectors, if a part of a problem, the entire system will be affected. Therefore, the healthy development of China’s coal industry is conducive to the development of the national economy.So far, China’s energy development, in the construction of coal for power generation coal has been occupied the main position, about 60% of the coal is treated as coal for electricity generation. With the development of the whole society, the social economy needs power consumption growing, and our country’s coal production power, these factors are destined to the correlation of coal supply chain is a key to affect the healthy development of our country electric power. In recent years, thermal power installed capacity is growing, the demand for coal is also increasing, but the increase of new coal production capacity is low, slow transport capacity growth, resulting in the presence of coal shortage problems in some areas. Since the need to consider the problem of the shortage of coal supply and demand, most of the power plants are set in advance corresponding coal stocks, coal stocks increased but also lead to increased inventory costs, power generation companies have increasingly recognized stock setup issues.The relationship of coal in the current is not optimistic, the coal market supply relationship imbalance, coal inventory problems with changes in market demand, the coal inventory problems will ensure the healthy development of coal industry hindered these will influence the development of power industry in our country. In electricity coal supply chain, must make coal in each node enterprise reasonable inventory management, in this way, to keep normal operation of electricity coal supply chain.This paper studies the transportation process and the associated development status of China’s coal supply chain, focusing on the optimization of transport between the coal supply chain, each node enterprise coordination problems, from the total coal supply chain inventory cost control angle departure, focuses on upstream and downstream inventory node coal supply chain issues to be addressed, issues include: demand flow of time, to meet the average demand rate issue, the total inventory cost. According to the above-mentioned establishment of the coal supply chain multi-echelon inventory optimization model, build the appropriate objective function, not only to establish the total coal supply chain inventory costs as a sub-goal, also coal demand and coal flow time rate is set to meet the average needs child goal, three sub-objective functions become binding under the relevant overall objective function, and then further optimize the objective function based on genetic algorithm, the optimal solution is obtained, and verify the effectiveness of the multi-stage coal supply chain inventory. The conclusion that coal supply chain multi-echelon inventory optimization can increase the effectiveness of coal supply chain companies each node, making coal supply chain companies each node healthy and sustainable development. |
